At Uncover Skincare, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact for hygiene reasons, and include your printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
